Telehealth Services
A great option for the management of minor health concerns and concerns that require counseling only. Telehealth/Telemedicine is NOT for urgent health needs or emergencies. Labs or other diagnostic procedures may be obtained after the telehealth appointment with a quick, lab-only visit to the office or lab if recommended. We recommend infants, young children, and non-verbal children be seen in person for most visits due to the need for a complex exam. However, please call to speak with us to determine if telemedicine may be an option for you or your child.

Telehealth Process:
First, ensure all forms and consents have been signed and filled out prior to your appointment utilizing the patient portal or link sent to your email.
Ten minutes prior to your scheduled telehealth appointment time, you will log on to a device (with audio and video capability) of your choice to navigate to the internet. Please utilize the Doxy.me link that was emailed to you or the link on this page. No downloads or additional software is required.
If you are unsure of what is happening, you may ask questions of the provider. If you are not comfortable with seeing a provider on videoconference technology, you may reject the use of the technology and schedule a traditional face-to-face encounter when available. Safety measures are being used to ensure that this videoconference is secure, and no part of the encounter will be recorded without your written consent.
